REFUND POLICY
Please let us know your intention to return the product through the contact section. Any package that is still sealed can be returned for hygiene reasons.
You will be refunded an amount equal to the number of returned packages.

Delivery will be made to the address you provided within 3-5 working days. Please note that for preorders, you must wait for the restock first.
PREORDER
If the product is sold out, it means we need to grow more vegetables for you, and that takes time. The next harvest is scheduled for December.
In the meantime, we won't ask for any payment. You will only need to pay once we have shipped the product to you.
