REFUND POLICY
Please let us know your intention to return the product through the contact section. Any unopened package can be returned for hygiene reasons.
A refund will be issued for the number of returned packages.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping costs are included when ordering our capsule packs. No surprises—this is the final price!
Delivery will take place at the address you provide, within 3-5 working days. Please note that for preorders, you will need to wait for the restock first.
PREORDER
If the product is out of stock, it means we need to grow more vegetables for you. This takes time. The next harvest is expected in December.
In the meantime, we won’t ask for any payment. You will only need to pay when we have shipped the product to you.
